Over three decades of building in the desert, we’ve learned which partners deliver lasting quality and real support after the build is done. On a Sonoran Landesign project you’ll most often see Pebble Tec® for the pool finish and Pentair® for the equipment, Hunter® and Irritrol® for irrigation control, and FX Luminaire® for landscape lighting. Sonoran Landesign is a Pebble Tec® Elite Builder — an elevated tier in Pebble Technology International’s builder program that recognizes a proven record of installing their finishes to the highest standard. Pebble Tec® finishes — made by Pebble Technology International, headquartered right here in Scottsdale — give our pools their depth of color and durable, natural-stone surface. The finish is applied only by PTI-authorized installers, and the company maintains an industry-leading warranty and support program for homeowners.
Pentair® builds the pumps, filters, heaters, automation, and water-chemistry equipment that quietly run your pool. Their variable-speed pumps and connected controls are energy-efficient and built to last, and Pentair offers strong homeowner support — including extended bundle warranties when qualifying equipment is professionally installed together.
Paramount® makes the in-floor cleaning and circulation system that keeps a pool clean from the floor up. Pop-up nozzles set flush into the pool floor rise in sequence to sweep debris toward the drain while pushing clean, conditioned water up from the bottom — for more even temperature and chemistry and far less hand-vacuuming. Paramount has specialized in in-floor systems since 1964, is based right here in Phoenix, and backs its cleaning nozzles with a lifetime-limited warranty.

Many of our irrigation systems run on Hunter® controllers — dependable, easy-to-program timers that keep your watering on schedule season after season. Hunter maintains one of the best homeowner support libraries in the industry, with step-by-step programming help organized by controller model.
We also install Irritrol® Rain Dial® controllers — a long-trusted, dial-driven timer that’s simple to operate and built to last through Arizona seasons. Its three independent programs let different plant types run on their own schedules.
For landscape lighting we install FX Luminaire® — high-end LED fixtures and transformers known for warm, even light and a long service life. Their Luxor® control system adds zoning, dimming, and color so you can shape the mood of the yard, even from your phone. (FX Luminaire is a Hunter Industries company.)
